How do I get help with ticket purchases?
If something went wrong while trying to buy a ticket (payment issues, duplicate charge, wrong game, etc.), send us an email at support@mgafgc.games with your full name and a screenshot of the issue.
I never got my confirmation email. What do I do?
First, check your spam or junk folder and make sure your school email isn’t full. If you still don’t see it, email support@mgafgc.games with your name and the email address you used at checkout.
Can I change my game, bracket, or time slot?
Changes are handled case-by-case and depend on bracket capacity. Email support@mgafgc.games with your current game, the change you want, and your MGA ID.
Who do I contact for technical issues with the site?
If pages won’t load, buttons don’t work, or something looks broken, grab a quick screenshot and send it to support@mgafgc.games . Include your device (laptop/phone), browser, and what you clicked right before the issue happened.
How do I get help during the event?
During the event, check in with the on-site Support Desk first. If you need to follow up later or report something after the event, send details to support@mgafgc.games .
